Concept Proposal

This proposal started with a simple question: what should a bank feel like today? Not just in function, but in presence. The answer was transparency, structure, and warmth held in balance.

The building took shape as a clean, three-level volume wrapped entirely in glass. From the street, it feels open and approachable, yet composed. There's a quiet strength in the way the structure holds itself: sharp lines, dark framing, and repetition that gives rhythm to the façade.

The spatial flow was mapped intentionally. The lower floor handles daily operations and customer interaction. The middle level offers privacy and focus, while the top floor opens for executive functions. The transparency keeps everything visually connected. Open, approachable, composed.
