This concept proposal imagines a landmark development that holds attention through scale, proportion, and quiet presence. Designed as a mixed-use building with retail spaces at the base and residential apartments above, the architecture seeks to establish a timeless civic presence in its urban context.
Anchored by a tapered, monumental entrance, the building opens with a gesture of drama and symmetry, not for spectacle, but to signal a sense of arrival. The neoclassical language was carefully reinterpreted to avoid ornamental excess, instead focusing on balance, rhythm, and structural clarity.
A restrained travertine finish wraps the façade, lending warmth and texture without overpowering. The interplay between solid masses and shadowed recesses enhances depth and gives the facade sculptural weight.
