This project was shaped by the view. From the start, everything revolved around how the building would sit along the edge of the golf course, not just to face it, but to quietly frame it.

The form is bold but controlled. A long, linear volume, softened by rhythm and shadow. The facade is defined by a series of deep-set terraces, each one recessed into the building's frame. These cut-outs aren't just balconies; they're extensions of the living space, designed to hold light, air, and uninterrupted views. In the evening, they glow softly, casting a calm, even pattern across the elevation.

Every detail was designed to balance contrast and restraint. The outer shell carries a raw, concrete-like texture, while the inset pockets bring warmth and depth. Bold but controlled. Rhythm and shadow across the elevation.
