This residence embodies a bold architectural narrative defined by purity of form and refined spatial composition. Our design approach focused on creating a powerful sculptural presence with a minimal material palette, clean geometry, and seamless integration of landscape and architecture.

The defining cantilevered volume creates a strong architectural statement while offering shaded outdoor living space below. Vertical and horizontal elements work in harmony, balancing openness and privacy. The façade is articulated through textured stone finishes, concealed glazing, and carefully placed greenery that softens the structure's modern lines.

Inside, a spatial grid sets the tone. Alignments, intersections, and matte surfaces that invite use. Built-ins stay minimal to keep the architecture legible. Every element was curated to evoke a sense of calm, order, and timeless clarity.
