brief & site study
One-week phase. We visit the space, study the brief, return with a one-page direction document and timeline.
Textures, materials, and layout shaped around how you use the space. For new builds, existing homes, and commercial interiors.
Interior design at BloxDot covers new builds, existing homes, and commercial spaces. The same principal leads every project regardless of type or scale.
Full interior design for homes and apartments. Space planning, furniture layout, lighting, materials, finishes. Delivered as a complete set from concept through site execution.
Restaurants, cafes, and boutique hotels. Front-of-house through back-of-house, designed for the operational reality of the space and the brand it represents.
Offices, retail stores, showrooms, clinics. Spatial planning, workflow optimization, brand integration, and execution drawings ready for a fitout contractor.
Existing interiors reworked for a new use, a new layout, or a new owner. Structural modifications coordinated with architecture where needed.

Every interior design engagement at BloxDot includes the same baseline deliverables, scaled to the project. Detail and depth increase with project scope. Nothing critical is left out, regardless of size.
Brief analysis. Reference direction. Two design directions presented together. Material and mood boards. One round of revisions included.
Furniture layout plans. Circulation studies. Zoning. Lighting plan concept. Early 3D massing to confirm spatial feel.
Refined furniture layout. Finalized material palette. Fixture specifications. Custom element design (joinery, built-ins, feature walls). 3D visualization of key spaces.

Project size sets the timeline. A full villa interior runs longer than a single apartment, a commercial fitout longer than a styling refresh. The five phases below are constant. Depth and duration scale with scope.
One-week phase. We visit the space, study the brief, return with a one-page direction document and timeline.
Two-to-three-week phase. Two design directions, mood, material palette. The feel of the project locks here.
Three-to-four-week phase. Furniture layout, circulation, lighting, zoning. Spatial logic confirmed.
Four-to-six-week phase. Materials finalized. Custom elements designed. 3D visualization of key spaces.
Four-to-eight-week phase. Execution-grade drawings. Shop drawings for joinery. Material schedules. Vendor briefs ready.
Typical apartment: six to eight weeks end to end. Full residential villa: three to four months. Commercial interior: two to six months depending on scale. We confirm a project-specific timeline at sign-on.

See all interior projects →Sohaib leads material selection alongside design on every interior project. The palette, the fixtures, the joinery details, and the finish schedule come from the same hand that laid out the space. Clients work with one person who owns both the spatial logic and the material story. Every room reads as one continuous decision.
Start a conversation →Most interior design clients pick one of three paths. Design only, where you take our drawings to a fitout contractor of your choice. Design paired with architecture, construction, or office fitout under one contract. Design and supervise, where you hire a fitout contractor of your choice and we oversee execution to protect the interior.
For interior-only engagements, our execution drawings are detailed enough to fit out from without clarifications. For paired engagements, the studio that drew the interior is also responsible for the architecture or the build. For design and supervise, the team that drew the interior watches it get fitted out, without taking over the contract.
The interior design questions we hear most often, answered directly.
An apartment interior takes six to eight weeks from signed brief to execution drawings. A full residential villa interior runs three to four months. Commercial interiors range from two to six months depending on scale. Timelines depend on project size, material sourcing, and how quickly the client returns decisions on layout and palette.
A complete interior set. That means furniture layout plans, false ceiling drawings, flooring plans, electrical and switch layouts, lighting plans, bathroom and kitchen detail drawings, joinery shop drawings, and a full material and finish schedule. It also includes 3D visualization of key spaces so the client sees the intent before execution begins.
Sohaib leads design and material selection on every project personally. The person who draws the layout is also the person who picks the finishes, the fixtures, and the joinery details. Every room reads as one continuous decision. We also offer architecture and construction as core services, which means clients can engage us for interior design only or for a paired engagement under one contract.
Yes. Roughly half of our interior projects are design-only. The deliverable is a full execution set: ceiling plans, electrical and switching layouts, joinery shop drawings, and a finish schedule with sourcing notes. The client appoints a fitout contractor and we are happy to brief that contractor on the design intent at handover if it helps.
Interior fees track the depth of the package and the size of the space. Apartment interiors are usually a fixed fee. Full villa interiors and commercial fitouts are quoted as a percentage of fitout value or against a defined scope, whichever is cleaner for the client. Furniture procurement and on-site fitout management are scoped separately if you want us to handle them.
We offer both. Interior design as a standalone service delivers drawings ready for any fitout contractor to execute. For office spaces specifically, we also run design and fitout under one contract through our office fitout service. For residential projects where the client wants us to manage the build as well, we coordinate with our construction team directly.
We specify every piece as part of the design and work with trusted Lahore fabrication partners for custom furniture pieces. For ready-made furniture, we provide a specification sheet with sources, and the client handles procurement directly. On larger projects we can manage sourcing as a separate scope of work.
Yes, with one caveat. Interior fitout depends on hands-on execution far more than architecture does, so for sites outside Lahore we either pair with a vetted local fitout contractor or extend our supervision visits to cover the install phase directly. Apartments in Karachi, Islamabad, and Dubai have all been run this way.
