a 1,600 sq ft fitout for a trading company.
Global Bloom is a trading company that wanted a workplace with daylight, quiet, and a sense of craft. Open-plan workstations sit along the perimeter to claim the daylight, glass-boxed meeting rooms with acoustic baffling sit toward the interior, and planted partitions soften the transitions. No surplus, no statement pieces.
BloxDot delivered the project as a single engagement: interior design, joinery, MEP coordination, and fitout under one contract. 22-week design-to-handover, on the committed date, with budget variance under 1.5 percent.

quiet, daylight, and craft.
The plan organises a small floor plate around three needs: daylight at the perimeter for everyday work, acoustic isolation in the centre for meetings and focus, and circulation that lets people move without crossing through someone else's task. Workstations cluster behind low planted partitions; meeting rooms are glass boxes with acoustic baffling; the reception holds the brand without shouting it.
The material palette stays disciplined. Vertical oak slats, soft plaster, washed travertine, and warm linear lighting throughout. The exposed ceiling is painted teal as a controlled gesture, letting the mechanical services read as an honest part of the architecture rather than something to hide behind a drop ceiling. Plants soften the geometry without becoming decoration.
