a symmetrical villa in lahore, designed and built end to end.
Greystone Villa is a private residence in Lahore drawn around two ideas: a strict symmetrical front elevation, and a material palette that ages well. Natural stone, warm metal, and precise joinery throughout. Neoclassical language with modernist discipline.
BloxDot ran the project end-to-end. Architecture, interior design, and construction under one contract. The same team that drew the elevations specified the stone, supervised the joinery, and signed off the finishes. One point of accountability from sign-on to handover.

design and build, one team.
The design intent for Greystone was disciplined, not ornamental. A symmetrical front elevation reads as composed and quiet from the street, with the warmth coming from material choice rather than decorative detail. Stone and metal in tones that carry the building forward without dating it.
Running design and construction under one contract removed the usual coordination friction. Material samples were approved against design intent because the people approving them were the people who set the intent. Site decisions during construction stayed aligned with the drawings because the drawings team was on site every week.
The result is a villa where every visible decision, from the proportion of the columns to the grain of the stone, came from a single conversation. The kind of project that argues for the design-build model on its own.
