We are based in DHA Phase 6. DHA architecture has its own rules — bylaw compliance, height and setback restrictions, parking requirements, basement bylaws, elevation guidelines. We handle all of it at design stage, not after rejection.

Most architecture clients pick one of three paths. Design only, where we hand over a complete drawing set and you take it to a contractor of your choice. Design and build, where BloxDot is the contracted general contractor under one agreement. Design and supervise, where you hire a contractor of your choice and we oversee the build to protect the design.

For design-only engagements, our drawings are detailed enough to build from without coming back for clarifications. For design and build, the studio that drew the project is the team running the build. For design and supervise, the architect who drew it watches it get built, without taking over construction.

Architecture fees in DHA Lahore depend on plot size, structural complexity, and the level of detailing the project demands. What does an architect deliver in Pakistan?

A complete architectural set. That means site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings at the scales required for construction. It includes structural coordination with engineering partners, MEP coordination, door and window schedules, and a specifications document detailed enough for a contractor to price from. Anything less is incomplete.

Can BloxDot work on a site outside Lahore?

Yes. Architecture travels well because most of the work is studio-based. We have run projects in Karachi, Islamabad, and Dubai from our Lahore studio. Site visits are scheduled around concept sign-off, drawing issue, and key construction milestones rather than a weekly cadence, so the travel cost stays proportional to the scope.
